Please read these terms carefully before using TrakSlip.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing TrakSlip ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Subscription & Payments

  • Fees: The Service is billed on a flat monthly fee basis according to the tier selected.
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
  • Responsibility: General Contractors (GCs) are solely financially responsible for their subscription and any fees associated with their account. Invited Subcontractors typically do not incur separate fees unless they create their own independent General Contractor account.
  • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. We offer a 14-day free trial to evaluate the Service before payment is required. There are no credits for partial months of service.

14-Day Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial to new users. No credit card is required upfront to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must enter valid payment information to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, your account access will be suspended.

4.

User Responsibilities & Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Ticket Fraud: Falsifying records, labor hours, or material costs.
  • Misuse: Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Service or accessing data not intended for you.

Termination for Cause: TrakSlip reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban any account found engaging in fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, without notice or refund.

Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

  • Your Data: You retain ownership of all data, files, and photos you upload to the Service ("User Content"). You may export your data at any time via the dashboard.
  • License: By using the Service, you grant TrakSlip a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Service to you (e.g., sharing a Subcontractor's ticket with the General Contractor).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TrakSlip, its affiliates, agents, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this Service.

TrakSlip assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our Service; or (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party.

Service Modifications

TrakSlip reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that TrakSlip will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8.

Cancellation & Data Deletion

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation or termination of your account, your data will be retained for a grace period of ninety (90) days to allow for potential reactivation. After this grace period, TrakSlip reserves the right to permanently delete all data associated with your account. You are solely responsible for exporting your data using the provided tools before this period expires.
