  • Ticket Data: Detailed records of labor hours, material costs, photos of work, and digital signatures.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you access and use the Service, including device information and IP addresses.

How We Use Data

  • To provide and maintain the T&M tracking service.
  • To facilitate the approval workflow between Subcontractors and General Contractors.
  • To generate professional PDF reports for invoicing.
  • To communicate with you regarding updates, security alerts, and support.
  • To improve our application performance and user experience.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We understand the sensitive nature of your project data. We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Between Users: When a Subcontractor submits a ticket, the relevant data (labor, materials, photos) is shared with the designated General Contractor for review and approval.
  • Service Providers: We may employ third-party companies (such as Supabase for database hosting and secure storage) to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your personal information. Your data is stored securely in the cloud using Supabase, a leading open-source Firebase alternative, which provides robust security features including Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure you only access data you are authorized to see.

Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete the information we have on you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update, or request deletion of your Personal Data directly within your account settings section. General Contractors can export their entire account data (Projects, Subcontractors, Tickets) in CSV format at any time via the Settings page.
